[IA64] New features for xenitp

Add auto-repeat feature
(Just press enter to re-execute the last go/sstep/cb/disass command).
Do not flush stdout in the signal handler.
Single step over a breakpoint.
Can quit with domain paused (quit paused)
'disp db' now displays watchpoint.
